Production Time

Every item is made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping Time

Shipping speed depends on your location and carrier, typically 3–7 business days after production.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Delays

Once a package leaves our facility, delivery times are out of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Incorrect Addresses

If a customer provides the wrong address, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered, we are not responsible for stolen packages. Please contact the carrier.
